The Story

Long before coffee shops and energy drinks, Indigenous communities across the South relied on Yaupon, a wild holly plant that grows naturally along the Gulf Coast. It was brewed for ceremony, for clarity, for connection — a plant with deep roots and deeper meaning.
As a Texas‑born brand, we wanted to honor that heritage. So we partnered with local harvesters who sustainably gather wild American Yaupon, keeping the plant’s history alive while supporting small Texas growers. From there, we roast it gently, brew it like a fine tea, and ferment it with our signature Holy Kombucha culture.
